Open the blender, delete default cube, add a nurbes curve. Curve options: 3D, endpointU, endpointV, (DefResolution=1). |

In front view, make 13 points in such a manner. |

In left view, move points to the right, as shown at the picture. | |
Here, move points to the left, as shown at the picture. | |
Duplicate the curve and move it up to 6 units, as it shown. | |
Duplicate again up to 6 units, as it shown. | |
Add a new object - nurbs circle. | |
Make "bevel object: nurbs circle" in curve. | |
Select points, a shown. | |
delete them. | |
Duplicate curve and merge points. | |
